Chocolatine, as referred to in the south-west part of France, is a classic croissant dough filled with chocolate. Also known as pain au chocolat or chocolate croissant everywhere else. Our name is a tribute to this famous puff pastry.

Is to create authenitic French pastries that can elevate one's sense of sight, touch, smell and taste. Our bakers use classical techniques to make high-quality and handmade products.
